How fast will we receive our designs?
Most requests are completed within 48 hours. Larger projects (like full website designs) receive incremental deliveries every 24-48 hours until completion.
What happens if we don't like the designs?
The service includes unlimited revisions until you're 100% satisfied with the work. There's no additional cost for revisions. We also offer a 14 day money back guarantee.
How do we submit design requests?
Requests can be submitted through ClickUp (Project Management Tool) in multiple formats:
Written briefs
Google Doc specifications
Wireframe sharing
Video explanations (Loom)
Reference materials
Is there a limit to how many requests we can submit?
You can add unlimited requests to your queue. They'll be completed one at a time (Standard Plan) or two at a time (Pro Plan) in the order received.
What types of design work aren't covered?
The service doesn't include:
3D modeling
Animated graphics/GIFs
Complex document design (medical forms, etc.)
Extensive print design (magazines, books)
Adobe InDesign documents
Complex packaging design
Can our entire team submit requests?
Yes, you can invite your whole team to submit and track design requests through the ClickUp (Project Management Tool) board.
What if we only have occasional design needs?
The subscription can be paused when you don't have active design needs. Unused time is saved for future use, ensuring you only pay for active design periods.
What design software is used?
Designs are primarily created in Figma, making it easy to collaborate and integrate with most modern workflows.
Do you write copy?
We can collaborate with you to write copy or help give suggestions.
What happens to our unused time if we pause?
If you pause your subscription (for example, after using 21 days of a 31-day billing cycle), your remaining time (10 days in this example) is saved for future use.
Do we own the designs?
Yes, all designs created are 100% yours and include full ownership rights.
Can we try the service before committing long-term?
There is a 14 day trial period, you can start with one month and pause or cancel if needed. There's no long-term commitment required.
